Ingredients

1 can apricot halves

1 can pear halves

1 can p each halves

1 can pineapple chunks

maraschino cherries

1 stick butter

3/4 cup brown sugar

3 teaspoons curry powder

cinnamon

Directions

Place fruit in dish and dot with cherries.

Melt stick of butter, add brown sugar and curry powder. Pour over fruit.

Dot with cinnamon and refrigerate overnight.

Cook at 350 for an hour

Notes

Note. Another recipe I have has 4 tsp cornstarch and 1/2 tsp rum extract added. You just fix to taste. Serves many people. Pretty buffet dish.
